Peace. Isn't that we are all striving for in our lives? A safe haven where you can just be. Relax, unwind and be free to be you. A life that is satisfying without all the noise in the world right now. How do we do that? Remove the toxicity in your life. There is a lot we don't have control over when it comes to this but there is a lot that we can control.
For the next four weeks we will be talking about how to remove toxicity from your life. In all the ways you can control it and limiting it in situations where you can't control it. This process includes our use of social media, comparison, gossip, the people we spend our time with, our co-workers and family.
Toxic situations can occur inside your home and outside your home. The goal is to remove as much of it as possible. There are things you can do to rid your life of most it. They aren't easy choices but if you remember the goal is peace, then it's easier to decide what stays and what goes in your life.
You can start this process by determining what is causing you the most stress in your life. Is it something going on at home? Is it work? Do you find you feel bad about yourself and your life after logging off social media? What is it do you think is really bringing you down? Put some thought into it and we will start going through all the ways toxicity invades your life.
